Creating the Right Natural Bodybuilding Diet
If you want to enter a natural bodybuilding competition or just become a natural bodybuilder, then you have to be educated on the subject of natural bodybuilding nutrition. Without the right natural bodybuilding diet, you are not going to get the results that you are looking for and will definitely not be able to come out on top in any bodybuilding competition.
Creating Your Diet
The process of creating a natural bodybuilding diet certainly does not have to be difficult, but there are a few things that you are going to want to be aware of. The right natural bodybuilding diet plays a very large part of recovery and growth, and without both you will simply not be able to put muscle on your body.
There are a few foods in particular that you should include in your natural bodybuilding diet because they are considered as being the best bodybuilding foods.
Salmon, beef, catfish, chicken, cod, crab, deli roast beef, halibut, pork tenderloin, scallops, shrimp, tuna, venison, cheddar cheese, Swiss cheese, low fat buttermilk, olive oil, peanuts, walnuts, oatmeal, rye bread, white rice, and corn are all great bodybuilding foods that should be included in your natural bodybuilding diet.
There are a few things that you are going to want to keep in mind and which will help ensure that your diet is on track. For one, if you are not gaining weight then you know you are doing something wrong and that something is missing in your bodybuilding diet. You should then eat twice the amount of carbs and 1.5 times as much protein at two of your meals per day.
If you are gaining weight but you are noticing that it is just as much fat as it is muscle, then you have another sort of problem. The best solution here would be for you to eliminate carbs at your last two meals of the day, because these are the meals that are less worked off and which are more likely to result in body fat gain.
If you are gaining weight and losing body fat, you will want to eat twice the amount of carbs and one and a half times the protein at two of your meals per day.
These tips will help get you off on the right foot if you want to get the best results out of your bodybuilding and ensure that if you do enter any contest or competition you will be able to come out of it with the best results possible.

How to Become a Natural Female Bodybuilder
Changing Your Diet
If you are just becoming a natural female bodybuilder for the first time, you are really going to need to focus on female bodybuilding nutrition first and foremost. This is important because chances are that you are not eating at all as you should be if you want to be in bodybuilding.
If you want to be a natural female bodybuilder, changing your diet is going to be one of the first and most important things that you will have to do.
It is important that you ease into a bodybuilding diet however and not force it all at once because this will be too drastic on your body.
Stick to making incremental changes in your diet about every two weeks, as typically this is about how long it takes to create a new habit and get your body used to eating a new way. Set goals for yourself as this will be a great motivating factor, and each goal that you set will build upon the success of the previous one.
The first week you should start by cutting the fat from your diet. Start looking at the labels of foods before you eat them, and read the whole list of ingredients to make sure that everything is healthy.
Working Out
Obviously if you want to become a natural female bodybuilder you are going to need to start working out a lot more. Two figures that you are going to need to pay a lot of attention to are your total body fat and fat free mass.
By keeping these in check you will be able to determine how well you are doing and how much progress you are making. Each time you take the measurements you will be able to see whether you have gone up or down, and then coordinate your bodybuilding routine around this.

Can You be a Female Muscle Bodybuilder?
Getting Started
If you want to become a female muscle bodybuilder the first thing that you will need to do is make a serious change to your diet. As a bodybuilder you need to make sure that you are eating smaller, more frequent meals as opposed to three larger ones. As well you need to ensure that every single meal you eat is well balanced in terms of the carbs, protein and fat that it includes.
To become a female muscle bodybuilder, you need to realize that starving yourself is not going to do any good, and will actually be very dangerous. You also need to make sure that you cycle calories, as bodybuilders should follow two days of lower calories and five days of high calories if they need to increase the muscle mass and five days of lower caloric intake with two days of high calories if they need to lose fat.
Remember that you are supposed to be looking for fat loss and muscle gaining here, and if you are achieving set goals every two weeks, you will end up with the right diet.
You can always get a personal trainer and nutritionist to help you out here, as they are professionally trained in these areas and will be able to offer you the best advice here. This will ensure that you make the very most out of your bodybuilding.
